Deep Look

Deep Look produces short, science-focused videos that use high-resolution macro photography and microscopy to reveal the tiny-scale anatomy, behavior, adaptations and ecological roles of animals—especially insects and other arthropods. Episodes emphasize close-up natural history (camouflage, chemical defenses, predation, life cycles) and visual demonstrations/experiments that show how these small organisms function and interact.
