Channel focuses on on-location hunting expeditions and the field-to-kitchen processing and cooking of the game they harvest. Presented by hunter Lubbe Garell and chef Danyel Couet, videos document hunts for species such as moose/elk, wild boar, roe and fallow deer, sika, fox and hare, show hunting methods (driven hunts, passes, gear/technique), and feature experimental, zero‑waste cooking of the harvested meat within the context of local environments and cultures.
